- Full payment is due at the time of service.
- A $3 processing fee applies to card and digital wallet payments.
- We do not accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or checks.
- We do not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.
- Receipts are available for HSA/FSA reimbursement when eligible.
HSA / FSA Information
Many clients use HSA or FSA funds when eligible. A Letter of Medical Necessity may be required. Please verify eligibility directly with your plan administrator.
Please note: HSA/FSA/FLEX cards cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
