Our Pricing Philosophy
At Wake Medical Massage, LLC in Cary, NC, we believe in transparent pricing, clinical integrity, and personalized care. Every session is customized to your condition, comfort level, and therapeutic goals—whether you are seeking pain relief, post-surgical recovery, stress reduction, or ongoing wellness support.
Note: We are a private-pay practice. We do not bill insurance or participate in Medicare or Medicaid. Payment is due at the time of service. Receipts are provided for HSA/FSA reimbursement when applicable.

In-Office Rates (Initial Evaluation & Treatment Session)
The following introductory rates apply exclusively to your first visit, regardless of the therapy or modality used.
- Basic Massage / Light Touch (Swedish) – starting at $100
- Medical Massage & Advanced Therapeutic Treatments – starting at $120
Your first session includes a comprehensive intake, assessment, and customized treatment plan based on your health history and goals.
Ongoing Care Pricing
After your initial visit, session pricing is determined based on your individualized care plan. Pricing may vary depending on:
- Clinical findings and treatment goals
- Session duration and complexity
- Type of techniques or modalities used
- Progression of care over time
All pricing is discussed clearly in advance before scheduling follow-up visits.
Clarification on “Starting At” Pricing
“Starting at” reflects standard sessions. More complex conditions, advanced therapies, post-operative care, or extended sessions may result in higher fees.

HSA / FSA & Insurance Reimbursement
Although we do not bill insurance directly, many clients use HSA or FSA funds when massage therapy qualifies under their plan.
- Receipts are provided with detailed treatment descriptions
- A Letter of Medical Necessity from your physician may be required
- Documentation may include diagnosis, CPT codes, and recommended duration of care
- Please verify eligibility directly with your HSA/FSA provider
