I’m passionate about helping people feel more at ease in their bodies. My journey into massage therapy began with my own experience living for years with persistent back discomfort from a herniated disc (L5/S1). After discovering how therapeutic bodywork could ease tension and improve mobility, I was inspired to dedicate my career to supporting others on their path to comfort and balance.

Today, I combine advanced training, gentle technique, and a client-centered approach to provide care that respects both the science and the art of healing touch.

This advanced combination of clinical lymphatic training, medical massage education, and integrative bodywork allows me to provide precise, individualized care for post-surgical recovery, swelling reduction, pain relief, mobility restoration, and whole-body therapeutic support.

My Manual Lymphatic Drainage work is informed by formal ACOLS certification in the Vodder Technique and advanced training in lymphedema management principles for upper and lower extremity edema support.

Sessions are guided by careful assessment, clinical reasoning, and ongoing client feedback to ensure care is safe, appropriate, and responsive to each individual’s needs.
