Note: We are a private-pay practice. We do not bill insurance; we do not participate in Medicare, Medicaid, or secondary insurance programs. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Receipts are provided for HSA/FSA reimbursement when applicable.

New Client Introductory Offer

In-Office Rates (Initial Evaluation & Treatment Session)

The following introductory rates apply exclusively to a new client’s initial visit, regardless of the specific therapy, modality, or treatment provided during that first session.

  • Basic Massage / Light Touch (Swedish)starting at $100
  • Medical Massage & Advanced Therapeutic Treatments starting at $120

The initial session includes a comprehensive intake, assessment, and customized treatment based on the client’s presentation, goals, and relevant health history.

Important Pricing Information for Ongoing Care

Introductory rates apply to the first session only. All subsequent visits are priced at standard service rates, which are determined following the initial assessment and based on the client’s individualized treatment plan.

Because care at Wake Medical Massage, LLC is highly individualized, future session fees are not predetermined and may vary depending on factors such as:

  • Findings from the initial and ongoing assessments
  • Session duration and therapeutic intensity
  • Type of modality or combination of techniques required
  • Progression or modification of the treatment plan

Pricing for ongoing care will be discussed clearly and in advance prior to scheduling follow-up appointments.

Clarification on “Starting At” Pricing

“Starting at” pricing reflects standard in-office sessions for basic conditions. More complex presentations, advanced modalities, post-operative care (including Certified Manual Lymph Drainage), extended sessions, or specialized treatment protocols may result in higher fees.

Clients are encouraged to call for a free phone consultation to discuss their needs and receive a personalized estimate.
