Our Pricing Philosophy
At Wake Medical Massage, LLC, we believe in transparent pricing and exceptional therapeutic value. All sessions are customized to your needs—addressing your specific condition, preferences, and health goals.
Note: We are a private-pay practice. We do not bill insurance; we do not participate in Medicare, Medicaid, or secondary insurance programs. Services are paid at time of service. Receipts are provided for HSA/FSA reimbursement when applicable.

* “Starting Fee” applies to our most standard sessions in the office for basic conditions. More complex treatments, longer sessions, or special modalities (post-op lymphatic drainage, certified MLD, etc.) may cost more. Please call for a personalized quote.

These treatments require additional expertise, care, and focused time. Starting rates for these services are $120 for standard sessions in our office. Extended or advanced treatments may incur higher fees depending on duration and intensity.
Mobile / Outcall Services
We also offer mobile massage services (outcalls) for your convenience:

Full payment is required at the time of service.
HSA / FSA / Insurance Reimbursement
Although we do not bill insurance or accept insurance at time of service, many clients use HSA or FSA funds to cover massage therapy when it is qualified. To assist you:
- We provide receipts with detailed treatment descriptions.
- You may need a Letter of Medical Necessity from your physician, which typically includes diagnosis, CPT codes, duration of care, and recommended treatment.
- Please verify with your HSA/FSA provider whether your plan covers the specific service.
